Looking for support from others who are living with Bipolar. I am 44 year old woman living in Sacramento, have a son who is almost 18, a cat whom I love dearly named is Tony. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar for 14 years now, I read alot on the subject and wanting to connect with fellow travelers down similar paths. Lonely at times...wanting to make new friends. I have a great sense of humor.

staying physically active, power walking etc. Love to watch movies, enjoy eating (not fatty things)- open to trying new foods. Enjoy a variety of TV programs; interested in chatting and sharing information, ideas and understandings.
