You are so brave to put your photos online. I just want you to know that when I was 26 yrs. old my face was much worse than yours and there is hope with diet, very mild cleansers for sensitive skin and mild lotions or creams you can heal your skin. I had to go on a very strict diet for a whole year because I had food allergies that aggrevated the Rosacea. I had a nutritional doctor for my allergies who prescribed natural vitamins for me to take. Your doctor will more than likely prescribe antibiotics that will prevent the white heads from coming back. Then avoiding the foods that can trigger the redness if you go to websites about Rosacea you will see a list of foods to avoid. Your doctor should be able to tell you about good cleansers to use as well. There is hope but you have to become knowledgable and then be disciplined about following the diet. Feel free to write me back if you have any questions.
keep it up :) awesome.
