Bi-polar. Isolated. Trying to stsrt s new life away from London but having a really hard time with this awful depression and anxiety. Seems I can't control my emotions and it gets embarrasing crying all the time. My boyfriend is in Florida and I miss him terribly. Can't seem to a get a firm grip on things but I'm trying hard and I'll get there. Possibly having a mid-life crisis !! I haven't worked now for five years and finances are a dire. Some days I'm ok and others it's like being in a huge black hole. So glad I found this site.
