DEAR SBSD BOARD OF EDUCATION:
THIS IS A LETTER OF CORRESPONDENCE THAT I REQUEST YOU DISCUSS AT THE NEXT REGULAR SBSD BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING:
On NOVEMBER 2, 2009, I SUBMITTED THIS HAND-WRITTEN MISSIVE:
Dear SBSD Board of Education,
Brian Sarvis made a comment to me today, and I request a clarification because the tone was menacing and threatening.
As you know, I am a national education reform advocate and activist; I have vowed to expose school corruption and to expell the SBSD EducRat$.
I waited until the one year anniversary of Walker Price's death before implementing my plan to expose wrong-doing.
Brian Sarvis said, "Don't GO THERE, Kate; I'm WARNING YOU."
I DEMAND TO KNOW WHERE "THERE" IS, and what is Brian Sarvis THREATENING to do if I get "there"?

P.S. Ruben Rey and I went "THERE" at the SBSD School Board Meeting, (November 10, 2009), when we spoke of the two suicides of Eastside youth in the last week; the SBSD has BLOOD ON ITS HANDS AND HEAD.
It is my understanding that SBSD Legal Counsel, Craig Price, is using public education funds to retaliate against me for my activism. Please confirm or deny.

What is the possibilty that you could find the Maureen Graves ten-page letter to the IRS and that you could add your two-cents worth as to how the SBSD lawsuits impacted my ability to function in the world? it would be somewhere around 2005, bbest to my recollection...when we were trying to get the IRS to give us relief on the capital gains payment...$350,000.
I would appreciate ANY help you could give. I have a Small Claims Court proceedeing against the SB CEO Michael Brown. Sorry for the late notice...but I've been a bit distracted.

I'm so sorry to hear this news.
Yes, I have the returns complete and ready for pick up. The balance due from 2007 and 2008's tax preparation fees is $1550 and, given the prior year fee is still outstanding, the account must be brought current before I can deliver the 2008 returns.
Because the 2008 returns are delinquent, I strongly recommend the returns get filed as soon as possible.
