  I really liked the Dr Seuss quote you sent me. I hope you are having a great weekend.
  I am feeling a little fragmented at the moment. I am supposed to be packing for our move, but I am absolutely aching all over. If the painkillers kick in, I'll get on with things. Hope you will have a lovely week. What are your birthday plans....and did you manage to live your year 'out loud' (I love that). Do you know your birthday is 2 days before we move...so just in case things get any more hectic, I want to wish you a Very Happy Birthday in advance. What is your theme for this coming year?   Thank you for your information on Abilify. I already have neurological damage and you spared me more. The doctor suggested Abilify to me and I refused, thank God! I have stomach cancer, so I have to be careful about taking medications. So far, I've been only taking Valiums and Xanax's at bedtime to sleep, other than that...I'm on my own. I could use an anti-depressant but they all cause stomach upset, so have to find other ways to treat my PTSD. Hope you're feeling better and doing ok. You've been so sweet to be concerned about my situation. I really appreciate your help! Lots of love to you! xxxx Shar
