He came on Feb 24 at 8:58pm after 12 hours of labor, 3.5 of which were spent pushing. But we made it all natural, and it was a totally awesome experience. I owe you all a birth story but that'll come later as we get more time to do something else apart from feeding and sleeping and admiring our little miracle. He was 7 lbs 7 oz and 21 inches long. He is absolutely gorgeous and all perfect!!! He eats and sleeps like a champ and I feel almost back to normal physically, even though I have some stiches from tearing. I can't believe I recovered so fast, my belly looks like 12 w pg!!! We're so grateful that God gave us this little beauty to love and protect and watch grow! It is so amazing to hold a healthy, live baby in our arms! People that haven't gone through losses and IF cannot imagine how humbled and grateful and over the moon we feel for this little life!!!

Oh Jelena, I just read your email and got the chills and I started to cry when i saw the pictures. I cannot express how happy I am for you and DH-what an amazing journey and experience. I bet you will enjoy every moment of it and I cannot wait to hear more about your birth story. BTW, I called Dr. B on Tuesday to get lab results at around 6pm and he told me he was at Cedar's for delivery and I just had a feeling it was for you!

I am so happy for you. I love that everything went well and that he is healthy. I am also happy to hear that your well. I can not wait to hear more.
