Thanks again. It's good to hear it gets easier :). I was just reading in one of my books how a lot of babies are sleeping six hours a night by four weeks--ha, not ours, who is feeding every two hours, meaning we get an hour tops of sleep in between, usually with one fussy hour somewhere in the middle of the night where we can't seem to calm him. I guess I am getting more used to it now though! Hopefully Laza will start sleeping longer stretches again soon too, I feel for you guys! He is totally cute, though, and so active! It's cool now that Dean engages with us a little more, even just looking at us more. I'm sure that just gets better. Hope all is well with you three! Thanks again. :)
Thank you so much for your message...much appreciated. My brother is here for a few days and then my other brother and dad are coming, so that's helping a lot. I guess I am still just figuring all this out, and it's tough to adjust without any sleep! But I'm feeling a little better today. Not least of which is thanks to the yummy dinner I just ate, thanks to you! You are such a star, thanks again for everything. I hope once things calm down I can somehow repay the favors!
My daughter is 3.5months....it's fun. I can't decide if Im going to do the cereal anymore or not...seems pointless if it doesn't help her sleep. I dont know why SO MANY say it does.
Hi sweetie, just a thought with massage... I was told by a massage instructor that it is best to do this during the day when they are alert, as doing it later in the evening/night can cause them to be upset... Just in case that is making the sleep situation worse!! I had my little girl scream 10hours straight many days and never slept more than 10-30mins at a time for the first 6weeks of her life, it IS torture :(
Hope you have a good day...
We've been TTC for 1.5 years. 3 miscarriages, all in 1st trimester. We're now trying IVF w PGD since last baby had trisomy 18. We don't know if first two had some genetic issue too since it was too early a loss to test. First IVF cycle got canceled since I only had 5 follies.
I've had 3 m/c and we're now trying IVF because my doctor thinks the reason for m/c was poor egg quality. With IVF they can test embryos before they put them back in.
We've just got our BFP 5 days ago after 3 m/c's and 3 IVF's. We're so thrilled!
This is my 4th pregnancy after 3 miscarriages and 3 IVFs. I really hope this is it!
We just had our first baby - a son, after years of IF and miscarriages. We're pretty new at parenting and looking for some advice/help although overall I think we're doing great!
I'm breastfeeding our first child. It's going well most of the time but we have our little ups and downs. Looking forward to some great support from this group!
My baby will be 1 in 5 months and I just want to lurk around by then.
