About Me
I am retired (disabled). I live for my two adult children and five grandkids. My passion is my savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. I am starting school this fall at Carolina Bible college. I have a deep desire to go into some type of missionary work to spread the Word of God throughout the world.

Interests
I paint, small crafts such as wood working, ceramics, and high end doll houses. I collect nascar memorabilia, design and build radio controlled airplanes. I love the outdoors and fishing. My goal in life is to learn all I can about my lord, Jesus Christ. I have recently started a group which is called Witness for the Lord. I have a deep thirst for the Word and I promised God that I would use this group to bring as many people to Jesus as we can. Invite Jesus into your life and let the Holy Spirit work through you to bring a multitude of people to Jesus.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I was born in 1955. In 1985 I was in a motorcycle accident in which I suffered severe spinal injuries from my tail to my head. After two years of depression, being out of work, and severe pain from the accident, being told that it was all in my head, I was tested and it was discoverd I had a chemical imbalance and I am bipolar. It's been UP and DOWN ever since.

- Ativan Somewhat Helpful
- made me too drowsy and I got angry easily
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- I've been in groups since 1989
- Lithium Not Working
- I took it for 7 months in 1987. Made me vibrate, and paranoid. Could not handle it at all
- Risperdal Not Working
- Did not notice a change in my moods
- Tegretol Not Working
Close Arnold-Chiari Malformation
In 1998 I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation after a lifetime of side effects. I had the surgery to correct it but still suffer with some pain, clumsiness and difficulty in swallowing.
Open Accidents
In 1987 I was in a motorcycle accedent. I ruptured 2 discs in my neck, broke my sternum, both shoulder blades, 3 ribs, and left shoulder. They found the ruptured discs 2 and 3 years later and removed them and fused the bones.

- I've found that water therapy helps the most.
Open Hepatitis C
I was born in 1955. I contracted Hep C in 1985 rom drug use. My Dr. says I have an 80% chance of getting rid of it through Pegylated Enterferon treatment. My biopsy last year showed no damage and my liver count is stable. I'm putting off treatment untill I get more info on the treatment.
Open Chronic Pain
I'm a 52 year old male. I was involved in a motorcycle acc. in 1987. I did a lot of damage to my back (spine). I've had two spinal fusions in my neck and have arthritis in the spine and throughout my body. I'm in pain 24/7.

Open Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
As a child I would have spells where my world would grow dark, I'd get very confused and pass out unless I drank orange juice or ate something sweet. I'd crave cheese. I was diagnosed when tested at the age of 26. Happens mostly if I eat a lot of sweets at night before bedtime.

Open Mesothelioma
A tremedous amount of exposure removing old steamline from beneath a local hosp. in 1981. I'm now having problems and last week found lung scarring, reduces capacity and early stages of mesothelioma.
