Welcome to DS. I also am totally dependent on Christ for everything and want to tell you that He's brought all sorts of wonderful things into my life to help me get feeling better. After being 'sick' sick for years, I'm starting to improve and everything I've learned has been dropped in my lap by God when I needed it. blessings. jean

My mother and sister have FMS I also have severe chronic fatigue and degerative disc disease. had neck surgery and have all syndromes.Isolated is what I am. I need to connect with others about this illness. after 3 years of fighting and 10 doctors won my disability hearing with a Judge. I thank God without spirituality I would have given up. With God I will never give up. He gets me through everyday of my life.One day at a time.

- Adderall Working / Worked
- works very well on memory, organizing getting things done. I couldnt get through without it.
- Cyclobenzaprine Somewhat Helpful
- worked a little but for me baclofen works better
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- helps with intensity of pain and depression.
- Duragesic Patch Not Working
- made me too sick to my stomach couldnt handle
- Guaifenesin Working / Worked
- works very well for the burning ,stabbing pain.
- Heat Working / Worked
- works good on headaches in the back of head
- Lyrica Somewhat Helpful
- worked with pain but couldnt handle weight gain. it made my feet worse from gaining 30 pounds.
- Morphine Not Working
- tried couldnt stop throwing up ended up in hospital
- Neurontin Not Working
- didnt seem to make any difference. made me dizzy
- Ultram Working / Worked
- works good for pain without making you too tired.
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- take it sublingual everyday helps with the passout feeling you get when you stand up too quick
Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
I was emotionally abused by my mom. and found 3 men in my lifetime that were as wrecked as me that turned out to be extremely violent. I need to connect with others to move on. The violence was so bad I cant even get into details. still trying to get over the guilt for staying and actually thinking thats what I deserved.

- after i finally got away. you are no longer under their control. and you can start the healing process. which is long.

- taught me how to look forward to all that life had to offer and that abuse is not love.

- getting it out in the open helps you get to the other side of it. to put it the past .where it needs to stay
