ahh, it's raining and gray out and miserable ... went to a power walk anyway... came home, did a few sit ups and stretches... gonna hit a meeting here in a bit... then it's off to work.. today I will not worry about life's little (or big) problems. I will live in the solution.. I will be better off for it.. if I can help another alcoholic in some way , shape or form, that would be great. My blessings are many. 35 days sober if I am counting right..
