What a week Mood
Sunday, September 27, 2009

I just got back from a Women's Christian Weekend in Whitby.

There are no words to describe what happened there but it was amazing.

I am about one week in to the Citalopram and am doing really quite well considering how much I hate taking things like that.  I started by taking 10 mg and experimented with the timings until I got it right.  Now I am up to the correct 20 mg dose and actually sleeping up to 5 to 6 hours a night.  Taking it early in the morning seems to be best.  I go a bit foggy a couple of hours after I take it, but that seems to be calming down.

I am definitely better.  The depression is lifting.  I have made great strides in my sobriety and my Christianity and getting over my estranged husband.

Wow
