I just lost another 5 pounds, yes 5 pounds. I am just cutting back on what I eat and try not to stuff my face with fast food. That really did it. It was the fast food that packed on the pounds.
Now I am going to celebrate with some smarties ice cream. That is allowed because I still have about 400 calories left from the daily quota of 1600. Maybe not. Just a piece of toast and a nice cup of coffee will be great.






You are SO disciplined! You just keep on kepeing on with your weight loss goal, I am SO impressed!
