Ok, I finally did it.  I could not take it any longer.  No more being called family guy, no more being yelled at to hurry up and work.  No matter how fast you worked and how much you did, it was never good enough.  Take today for instant,  the plant manager dropped something and I turned around.  He started to yell and scream that I was not working fast enough, talking too much.  If I talked as much as he said I did, I would have permanent laryngitis.  I just got off the phone with him and now he is changing his story.  So I asked him to lay me off so I can get my EI benefit started right away.  He is going to do it.  I told him point blank to be careful of his assistant.  She is always belittling everyone and causing a lot of bad feelings. Well, now we will see what happens.  Now I just found out that the civil case is still up in the air.
