I have lost 5 pounds really 5 pounds, yea for me.  I found this web site my-calorie-counter.com

It is a web page that lets you see how many calories you eat in a day and how much can you eat if you want to lose weight.  You eat your own food, what you like and when you like.  There is a page that shows you how many calories you can eat in order to lose weight.  And there is a page that lets you keep track of how many calories you are actually eating.  It works, really,  You spend a couple of minutes each day to record eveything but it is worth the effort.  I even had KitKat Ice Cream from Nestle yesterday.

So I am going to eat dinner now and I know I will be over but that is ok too, because a couple of days  this week I was under by 400 to 500 calories each day.  No you do not feel hungry.  You just have to have the will power not to attack McDonalds, or Tim Horton's in Canada.  But a nice cup of Timmy coffee with milk is just great.  One in a while and that is only 40 calories
