I am still waiting for the civil case to finish.  I am just sitting back and knowing what is to come is not going to be nice for them.  They lied so much that they cannot seem to get their lies straight.  If this does go to court, I am just wondering what they will come up with.

Their lawyers (NOW read this) the same one that handled his divorce, is the one that took on his mother's case.  So this guy was defending him and suing him at the same time.

That lawyer found my stupid ex another one, but it was someone that the lawyer knew.  And that lawyer then rejoined the divorce/civil suit lawyer, I am being clear, I hope so because I am confused too. Then the stupid ex was given another lawyer.  Ok

But this one is not happy about it.  He realized very quickly that they were lying and he is going to try to put a stop to this nonsense. The opposing council is going to ask that his mother's lawyer be taken off as lawyer on record.  He is the one that is flaming this fire for his own purpose and those stupid people are just going along with him.  They never had a chance of winning.

So when the light at the end of the tunnel comes into full view, there is going to be a train wreck and I am just going to sit back and watch the whole thing fall down around their heads.  I am going to try to get at least my legal fees back along with any wages that I have lost because of them.

PS  just had my neighbour 8 year old grand daughter over for breakfast.  We did the usual girl thing.  painted the nails  a bright shiny egg plant purple, the toes too. Her parents are divorced too.  She is ok with that.  Happy really, because all they did was fight.  Now she has two parents that are happy.  They explained it to her that it was not working out. Said that it was just a drifting apart that caused the breakup. They are still friends that share a beautiful daughter.  A very simple way of explaining it to a girl who was six at the time they divorced.
