I just got an email from my lawyer saying that stbx and his mommy and big sis are having a meeting with his mommy's lawyer on Sat. Nov. 28th. Boy that is going to cost them big bucks.  Lawyers working on a Sat. Anyway ex in laws lawyer said that it could come to an amicable solution by then.  Yea, you stupid moron.  First you take on a case that you knew that you could not win.  They provided you with no proof and second you were in major conflict of interest.  Way to go genius.  Your greed made me lose over 25,000 dollars, divorce and this frivilous lawsuit.  I can sleep very well at night, but I wonder how you can even look at yourself in the mirror. 

Now for the continuing saga of work.  Everything that can go wrong is my fault.  Today there were two of us working on the same job, but since I was the last one doing a part,  some of the pieces were not done right.  It was all my fault.  Ok. so tomorrow I will know if they lay me off again.  This time I am going to go for retraining.  That should take about one year if not more and then I will look for a job.  By then I will have only 3 years left to work and I hope that I can do it that way.  But something tells me that they are not going to lay me off.

I am going to sign papers saying that I will not go after my legal fees and costs.  I just want everything finished and done with.  Was told that it was not a done deal that I will get my legal fees back.  They could tie this up for years.  I cannot afford it any longer.  I can sleep very well at night but they cannot not.  They lied and cheated throughout the divorce and now with the civil case that she knows very well that they were lying.  They tried to defraud the original real estate lawyer but on that point they did not succeed.

I just hope that I can now put all this behind me and just live in peace.  Will continue this saga when I get home tonight.  Just came back from lawyer's office and signed all papers stating that I will not be seeking costs.  I just gave up 15,000 or more to get them to leave me alone.  I am so angry and frustrated that I cannot think straight.  No I am not regretting my decision of not going after them.  what would that accomplish, nothing but more tears and heartache.  So keep the money you idiot and see what will happen when your mommy dies and big sis is too busy interferring in her children's lives to look after you. goodbye and good luck, because brother, you will need it big time.

I cannot understand lawyers, never in a month of Sundays, make that a year.  First she tells me that I have a 99% chance of getting my legal fees back and I will have to pay only a minimal fee in order for her to do so.  Now she says that it is not a done deal and that it is not always the case.  I might not even get it back and I still am on the hook for the legal fees.  now she wants another 600 dollars.  Is that what you call minimal?  I do not.  I just gave her 550 dollars and now she wants another 600. and that is with no guarantee that I will be able to get anything back.  So I told her to forget it.  If she wants to drop the suit with no additional costs on all parties, so be it.  Let her cheat and lie in this lifetime but God is watching and I am sure that we all have to answer to Him with the time comes.

Right now I am in my PJ's and waiting for the dryer to stop so I can put another load in. Such fun and joy.
