Welcome and thanks for the hug. I had excellent results with Paxil for social and general anxiety. And am trying some health and over the counter sleep aids. I also had to change alot of my evening routine to calm myself. But I never know what will happen when I hit the pillow. Reta

Close Insomnia
Have had anxiety and social phobia for many years am having counseling at the moment to help but have difficulty sleeping without drugs. Have been suffering from insomnia for over a year and anxieties have been getting worse because of self imposed fears.
