Been working out for over a year. I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and my meds are making me sleepy and gain weight.. bleck.
Diagnosed almost 5 years ago now... recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder too..and having a hard time not going off my gluten free diet because I mainly just don't care anymore. I figure if I am sick mentally... let's just add physically to it.
