I suffer with depression and high levels of anxiety. I have a phobia of being sick, especially in public, which has now led to me being petrified of all forms of travel as I have got travel sick in the past.
Treatments
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Works when things arent too bad. But then when I have a major stress going on it doesnt work so well.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Bad side effects, have only been taking it for three days!
Close Phobia
Type: Social PhobiaI have a phobia of public transport, since I get travel sick. I'm terrified of vomiting, and other people vomiting.

- Acceptance Working / Worked

Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have been depressed for four years. Is currently quite bad!
Treatments
- Celexa Not Working
- It was awful for me. I hated it!
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- It worked but whe I get very stressed its hard to focus on the exercises you learn.
- Effexor Working / Worked
- Worked well though I felt really drugged a lot of the time.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Prozac Not Working
- Prozac made me vomit, I didnt eat for weeks at a time, lost loads of wieght and felt awful. My hair started to fall out, I couldnt sleep, my skin was all dry and patchy!
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Worked but felt like I was just moaning!
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- This one always works, though not everyone was as supportive as I would have hoped.
