Hi there! Well I am a 30 year old woman. I am a very gentle and caring person. Have been struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Self Harm and Depression since I was 11 years old. Three years ago I injured my knee during a karate training session, after surgery and two years of physio I am still having problems with it.

Type: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL)Hi I'm 29. I'm a martial artist. Injured my knee two years ago and have never been right since. I ruptured my ACL and tore my meniscus. Had surgery ten months ago and have had huge problems regaining my ROM. My knee feels like it is filled with cement!
