Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
I have been living with IC for about a year now and i am still learning how to cope with the pain. I am dealing with it better now than i was when i first got diagnosed because of the meds i am taking for it. I do not know what i would do if i did not have any kind of medicine to take for this condition. The meds have been an absolute life saver for me. The meds help me to live a normal life.
Treatments
- Bladder Instillation Working / Worked
- The bladder treatments really help me but i hate getting them because of the catheter.
- Elmiron Working / Worked
- I have been taking Elmiron for about four or five months now. I cannot tell a dramatic difference but it is evident that my bladder is in better condition than what is was before i started any kind of treatment.
- VESIcare Working / Worked
- Vesicare has made it to where i can live a some what normal life without so many frequent trips to the bathroom.
