Yesterday was one of my good buddies last day at work.  After 33 years he decided to quit.  Bill owns a boat load of apartments and decided he was paying more for other people to care for them than he was earning so it was time.  A bunch of us decided to take him & Teresa out to dinner and drinks.  It has been a real long week with year end inventories plus I had to travel so it sounded like fun.  After a few drinks everyone decided to go bowling.  I SUCK at bowling but they have strobe & disco lights plus 50-60- & 70's music blasting so I was in.  Bob gave me that are you out of your mind look.  I must admit that if I ever go bowling again it will after 3 glasses of wine...everyone was rolling wth laughter I bowled 5 strikes in a row ..doing a happy dance after each one...which will now be famous at work.  UGH...but Bob & some of the guys decided they are go to have a ranch rodeo at our house today...I heard myself saying..yeah come on over.  So now in less than 2 hours it is party time because there are about 30 people coming with 4 wheelers & horses.  I must admit that I sobered up real quick when I realized I was going to have to get my house in order..half taken down Christmas tree & dumped suitcase..didn't look so good but I am ready.  Everyone have a great New Year and keep those resolutions.  And if you ever get to Arkansas come on over.
