I have been struggling with physical and emotional ailments for the majority of my life and was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I really don't know that much about it and I have never met anyone else who has it. I am hoping to connect with others who can share their knowledge and support.

Hi, I took topamax after severe pain after a hysterectomy. It is used for migraines, although it made my legs tingle. I take Trazadone which helps me sleep and DOES curb my ongoing chronic pain. I notice when I don't take it, I feel more pain.
I hope your recovery is going better.
Keep up the good work!
New pic of me and sons.
I was just recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I have been sick for most of my life and have struggled to figure out why. This diagnosis seems to make sense as I have most of the symptoms. I am now struggling with figuring out what to do about and how to live a normal life. I am also finding that it is a hard illness for people to believe and understand.
I have suffered from anxiety since I was a pre-teen. It has effected my life in enormous ways in school, work, and social situations.
Was diagnosed as a teenager. I tried many different meds and finally got fed up since they seemed to make it worse. I know am trying to manage it through therapy, meditation and self-reflection. It seems that I have been successful at this as I have not had a manic episode for almost a year.
