Hi, 10years ago I was in a major car crash,it seemed no injuries but later back pain and health problems.6 months ago cfs,it turns out I have had it for near seven years as a result of car crash.

- don't know anymore,always sore

car crash 10 yr ago,it's the core muscles.so my bone move and the muscles get tight from neck to knees

- worked for abit and then it was not going anywhere
- Bedrest Working / Worked
- I spented weeks in bed. which is not good. but it can half the pain.
- Heat Working / Worked
- heat helps ,bath or hotwater bottle.heatpack not hot.
- Ibuprofen Somewhat Helpful
- it worked for 8yrs now have bad side effects.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- this is my golden ticket,started pilates with phsio.hoping this will work.
- Stretching Working / Worked
- yes,yes. it is helpful
