New Goal-Overcome Anxiety Mood

I should have started this goal a long time ago on here.

Im on my way

 

Tomorrow im going to see a Doc about Anxiety and Depression. Im not sure what to say but I would like to tell him everything Iv had to hide from everybody around me.

Not sure how to start. Im not used to talkng to people about my poblems. With a few very few exceptions.

Right now watchin a Documentary about anxiey and drugs, Its quite shocking.

 

Bu anyhoo, thanks for peopes support. I really want this goal achieved

Havnt written one of these for a long time

 

Got my final exam results today

Not too bad I guess. I could have done better. Im hard on myself at the best of times but I dont think its the end of the world.

So now I have two goals completed.

The most important one still to be completed. Im gonna get there slowly and with help.

Overcoming my anxiety will be half the battle. I have bad days and good days. Hopefully soon the good will take over from the bad.

 

Had a nervous day today. Got better toward the end.

Iv learnt a lot in the last few weeks to calm down and try to control my nervous episodes. I owe a lot to people and Im so gratefull. Thank you so much

 

I have work tommorrow wich always worries me. Everyting should be fine but Im starting to get really nervous.
