Well, I didn't do it in one week and I didn't do it by trying, but I have succeeded.  I stopped worrying about my weight quite so much and focused on life, not binging, and I was often focusing on specific events for which I wanted to either look good or feel good.  So I lost about 8 pounds, but losing the weight made me a lot more focused on losing more weight.  Then I got a bit overwhelmed by the entire thing.  I have probably gained 1 or 2 pounds back, but that might just be menstrual or fluctuation or whatnot.  Either way, I still have about 15 pounds left to lose, although I might be "okay" with as little at 10 more pounds.   I guess we'll see when I get there.
