I still dont have VNS, and I am not well, my dad has cancer and I am having to leave my therapist and I have started with a new one.  I also had to leave my neurologist because I have to sue him and I hate the new one.  Life sucks, no money, no food stamps this month and still lots of bills that I could not pay because I had to use the money to eat.
