I can't stop cutting.
Have been cutting everyday now for a week and I just cant stop.
I had stopped selfharming for years but now Ive given in I cant seem to kick it.
Feeling so utterly awful at the moment, I know this will pass its just real hard to sit it out.

thank you for your kind words of support. I am already in the mental health services loop so to speak. I have regular CBT and a CPN I saw my cpn last friday, and will again tomorrow.
So far today I have not cut, am pleased for that little victory.

Sweets call your doctor, he probably will want to admit you to the hospital. But something needs to be done before u cut too deep or in the wrong place and kill yourself. I dont want u to die or do serious harm to yourself. Please check yourself into the psychiatric unit at the hospital so u can get help to overcome this compulsion.
