About Me
I ve been shy from birth and that lead to depresion and then a suicidal episode. That changed my life I see life differently. I just need help with my nerves I can deal with being in social situation. I am a extremly quiet person. I am learning to except me for me. I'm never going to be a loud person. And I most def will always be the quietest one in a group (well 9 times out of 10 anyway). But I know that I'm unique. And I take being unique to being like someone else any day.

Usually when I am in a shop and I am looking for something in my bag. My hands start to shake. I used to also get shortness of breath everytime I enter a room of people. But that's stopped now
Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked

- I just want to try it really. It might help.
Close Shyness
I am quiet but confident female. No really I'm extremly mute. I hardly ever tallk. Shy since birth it's taken 22 years to get my life facing forward. Everything is possitive and the future is happiness.

- I am doing a course at the new music college in London 'SINGING AND SONGWRITTING' which finishes in March. I started the VOCAL AND PERFORMANCE level 2 part in January which will finish in July.

Open Bedwetting
I only recently stopped wetting my bed. I still do sometimes but it's not a everyday thing anymore. I even use to wet myself in class through out Primary and secondary. Primary wasn't so bad but secondary. Let's just say kids can be cruel.
