Panic and anxiety came creeping back! Ahhh I hate this. My dogs are my life! My son just turned 18 so the dogs are my babies. My husband is very supportive to me thank God! I like to do things such as crafts, gardening, shopping, and surffing the internet.

My husband has left me and I feel like I'm dying inside.

- I love my dogs and if I didn't have them I know I would be worse even though I feel like there is no worse than this.

Close Anxiety
I have had anxiety and panic since i was 14. Now my 16 yr old son has been getting anxiety attacks and seems to be depressed.
Treatments
- Breathwork Working / Worked
- It helps
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I am currently taking 20mg. It helps with panic & anxiety but I feel depressed
- Paxil Working / Worked
- Worked for 3 yrs but then stopped working.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- when I really need to. It works but then I feel more depressed.
Open Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have been on a antidepressand for almost 5 yrs for panic and anxiety. the past year I have been having a lot of depression, I switched meds but I still don't seem to get relief from the depression. I am begining to think that it is the med. that is making me depressed..

I am 35. Started having panic at 14. There were a couple yrs in between that were great, NO panic, but mostly since I have been 14 I have constant worry of another attack. I have so many fears now that I don't really live! I am so sick of this.....

- Paxil Working / Worked
- LOVED it for the first year, then it seemed to eventually not work.
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- AAhhhhh yes, good old couseling... Not really.
- Rescue Remedy Working / Worked
- Just started using it, it has helped with anxiety but I'm affraid to take it when I'm having panic.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- It helps but I can't take anything during an attack because of FEAR
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- Currently taking 20mg per day. I dont think it helps very much but to affraid to change meds.
