I'm really glad you like the site. I find it quite helpful when I start feeling down to go on there and read all that hope and encouragement. No matter what goes wrong, no matter how bad life may get, there is always hope admist it all. It's such a wonderful and reassuring thing to know.

Close Self-Injury
I used to cut myself alot when I was in high school. It started when i was realy young though I used to scratch myself realy hard and leave deap marks. Im talking like as young as I can remember that is how i delt with things. I thought it was normal. I did it whenever i was angry or felt something I was afraid of... It id not realy develop into formal cutting untill about 8th or 9th grade.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Not Working
- I only went once or twice
- Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
- I end up just leaving bruises on my arm, but at least those fade
- Talking Working / Worked
- Talking seems to realy help, it distracts me and the urge to cut fades for the time being
