Close Anxiety
Had anxiety for 12yrs. when im bad it takes over everything. i have the chest pains, heartburn, panic nervous all the time to many to list.

- didnt work just felt very sleepy the next day

- only helps when i aint so anxious

- my life is a little easier since i took these

- worked but taken off it as i didnt lower my blood pressure enough

been over weight for most of my life. lost 2stone last year but have put it all back on and some. i wish i could control my cravings. i just love food.

- You have to eat healty all the time to get results, i tend do stick to any healthy eating plan or diet for a few weeks.

- Been on this for five days , so far i have lost 5lbs. I dont feel ill but its hard work will hang on in there.Can only do it for two weeks then two weeks of healthy eating which is limited foods. If this doesnt work i will sew my mouth up.lol.

I have a wonderfull man who is my world. Sex is very important to me and brings me close to my partner. I love sex and willing to try most things also im very open about sex.My sex life aint as active as it once was but i plan to get it back.
