      Imitrex Working / Worked
      My wife has Cadasil and her doctor prescribed this for the headaches and found it gave relief. She takes it when she get the visual symptoms and it reduces the severity of the headaches. Discuss with your own doctor though. More info here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumatriptan
