Close Depression - Teen
When I was 13, I was diagnosed with severe depression and had to begin counseling. I went to counseling for about two years until my counselor said she wanted to see how i would do for a while without coming in to see her so now I'm trying several different techniques to help with my depression.

- Music Working / Worked
- Music really has it's own way of helping to cope. I only started really using music when my boyfriend said something that just...I don't know...struck my soul....let the music do the talking.
