Close Mental Challenged
Sister of older brother who's mentally challenged, but is a great 'people person', and gets along very well with his peers.
Treatments
- Humex Working / Worked
- He took medication when he was much younger but hasnt used anything since Thank God.
Close Autism / Autism Spectrum
14 year old nephew shows signs (not yet been diagnosed, but all the signs are there.) of Asperger's. Currently in a 'regular' high school setting (9th grade), has his good days and bad ones. Trying to get him a 'real' diagnosis for further help, get him into a program where he can interact with other Asperger's teens for social contact, etc. Glad the mothers here were able to do something about their 'young' children, prayerfully and hopefully I will be able to do that for my nephew soon.
