I have my own online store and am a teacher. I am married. I love to travel, scuba dive, horseback ride, hunt, go camping and enjoy time with friends. I have 2 dogs. I am energetic and love life... though am in a bit of a rutt and seems to feel sluggish and fat at the moment.

out in the country for a few days. On a cleanse ~ starting today. Feel very good. Have been exercising 3 x a week and have more energy.

My mom was diagnosed last winter. She is such a warrior but some days are tough... She is studying French in France for 3 months in France right now and did a 1/2 marathon in Jamaica in Dec. I am so proud of her. What can I do to support her when I get frustrated....
