  I can send you more flers if you need them, just give me the nod. As for giving up smoking, well I suppose I just treated it a bit like booze. I went from 24/7 smoking to zero. I prayed for help with the withdrawals and tpo be honest it hasn't been that bad. Total abstinence seems the way forwards, that why i decided against patches etc, I just didn't see the point of giving myself a small amount of the very thing I am trying to give up. I'm on about day 10 or so now and I feel fabulous for it. It's a whole new freedom! Learnt a thing or two about the restless, irritable and discongtent malady too this week... :) Hope all is well with you.

  thanks for the advise,this 12 step call was very good for me! he had been drinking, & had called a suicide hotline ,so the police came but we took him to a meeting instead of them taking him. everybody encouraged him at the meeting.thanks.i,ll never forget it.

  Very different. Came from NYC suburbs to DC. We like it though. If my kids are happy, then I am happy. It takes time,however, to form strong friendships. I have met nice folks, but need to invest more time in making them more meaningful.

  well greetings friend, whats new out yer way hopefully sunshine, and goot laughs, i have been having a gret and twisted week,, but sundays almost here,,, the weekend is going by relly quick, huggs and smiles.

  I haven't done much apart from going online and chatting to a few people. I couldn't get through to my friend on the phone to be able to meet up and he told me today that he'd been in London for a few days. Hopefully I'll meet up with him next week.
