You only weigh 97 pounds right now. You are not fat, but probably have body dysmorphic disorder. Do you want to recover from your anorexia? If you do, then you need to work in therapy on treating your eating disorders. You are playing a deadly game right now with your food restricting. Anorexia kills, and makes your depression worse. Look into dbt therapy if you haven't yet. HUGS

By the way, what are you TRYING? Trying to starve yourself to nothingness ?
Why not be trying to recover from the eating disorder rather than keep it going, until you end up sick or kill yourself because of starvation.

NO adult woman who weighs 95 pounds is fat. Maybe you don't like your muscle tone. If you weighed more, you would have the strength to exercise and build muscle tone with weights. This is not healthy. You are not "fine." You are not eating nearly enough if you are almost passing out. Unless you see this, and work on these issues, I'm afraid there won't be a happy ending. Please listen to the people who are trying to help you.
