About Me
My oldest son, Nick, is one of my favorite people I've ever met. He has always been kind, patient, caring, and a deep thinker. He has also had depression and social anxiety since age 7-8. At age 14 1/2, he began experiencing symptoms of psychoses (paranoia, hallucinations, voices, and thought he had a second personality.) His mood began to swing up and down and he became easily agitated. After 2 hospitalizations, we have been told that he has major depressive disorder with psychotic features and social anxiety. My heart is broken and I just want my sweet boy back.

Just found out my 9 year old son has 5mm Chiari malformation. He had an MRI because of frequent headaches since age 5 that have made it difficult for him to concentrate in school.
Treatments
- Topamax Working / Worked
- Its only been a week but it seems to be helping.
