Yes I am dead beat,all the weeks of over doing things has got a hold of me now and I am tired beyond believe.Not matter how much sleep I get I wake up still wanting more sleep.

I took Ash out for a walk yesterday and went a differnt way(who told me to do that)I was up and down hills that went on for miles then ended up getting myself lost lol had to ring a freind to find out where I was lol.He came to meet me and helped me back home with the dog.

Then today I had to go and buy Ash his food wich is miles away from me,but its the best and although it is expensive its worth it.I know the guy who owns it loves animals and the shop is very big but he always has time for you and you can ask him advice about the animal.I told him that Ash is now 40lbs and he said what a big dog he will be,he is only 7 monthes old.Yes I know I go on about him like he is a baby,but I can,t help it.lol.Its been really hot here in London but now its cooler and the rain has started nothing last for long here,but still can,t complain the garden is getting waterd.I am off now waiting for grandaughter to arrive got Fish for dinner and cous cous with corriander and lime.
