Its just raining here in sunny London lol,well we get sun sometimes.

Put some plants in over the weekend and now the rain has soaked them hope not to much,and we get some sun soon.

I am off today to see my daughter,staying for a few days give her a bit of a break form Baby Amelia,well I call her Mi Mi.Aslo getting my hair done tomorrow it needs a good trim it has grown so much its just past my shoulders now,but don,t know if to cut it really short or keep it longer?Any idears girls.I didnot lose any wieght this week which I was ticked off about,still the leader said its because I had two weeks of a good loss.I have losted 5 pounds so far,I had 11 to lose which was a surprise I thought it would be a lot more.My goal is to lose the wieght this time and become a Gold Member,then I won,t have to pay for the meetings and it will keep me on track.

Mind you my legs are not hurting so much now ,my kness are not in so much pain I don,t know if that is to do with the 5lbs I have lost or not?

Ash is doing great almost back to his old self,he is missing his walks now but can,t let him out for another week and then have to get his booster injections done.

He is also eating better so hopefully he will put his wieght back on soon,he looks so thin to me as he was such a musclely dog you know what bull terriers are like.Well better go now need to get myself ready for my daughter to pick me up.So see you in a few days Have a great week will be back on friday.Love you all.Keep praying Keep hopeing Keep you faith.
