Here it is three thirty....I was headed in for nap long ago...to rest a migraine...
I don't get them often....but they can slam me hard....dog needs walkin'...I
am going to baby sit so son and his lady can have a romantic valentines day...
I will spoil my grandkids and try to remember why they have valentines day....
I KNOW there is something we used to find so special about it....but just
can't remember WHAT!!!....I'll have to ask my Fella'....
My goal for this hour....this day...this moment is to begin to walk....
since I have four foot of snow in my yard....It might take me a long while
to begin....but once I get going it will be so good for fibro...diabetes....heart
problems....not to mention obesity....

I sure couldn't walk in four feet of snow. LOL. Exactly how Does one do that. I have never really seen that much snow. If it snows 1 or 2 inches here, they call off school and you couldn't find milk or bread with a search warrant. LOL. If you are interest they have a diabeties support group here. I am a Diabetic type 1, but I like the type 2 support group better because most of them are my age. Just a thought you might want to consider.

Thank you for the lovely welcome.....I see by your profile we have much in common...I also know how to knit..some...I crochet a little....enough to make hats for kids etc. and baby clothes....though I have to copy someone elses or make my own pattern cause I never learned to read one....and am to lazy at this age...
There is only four foot of snow in my YARD.clear to the eves on my garage..up to my windows in back yard..Imagine! Some people LIKE this stuff!! I live here cause I was born here! My Grandchildren make the seventh Generation here....and I know every rock and hill in my area by name...I couldn't hike them any more..but I have a Looong lens on my camera!!!
I love long walks by the river..I put on my head phones....and a good tape and just forget my feet and legs hurt...when the tapes run out..I go home...there are lots of paved "trails" here.....I can't do cold yet..so did my walk last night at midnight in wally world....do you know that is a refrence to insane asylums in Aust. They call them "Wally world!" Thanks for the tip about the diabetes board...I usually control mine with cinnamon but have had a sinus infection so blood sugar has been elevated...so have used both Dr. med and cinnamon...of late..I have a Dr. appt. the 19 so will get medication for sinus infection so I can quit being so anal about finger sticks and medication...Life is a balancing act!!!
