I should be any way....I try to ride a stationary bike of some sort an
hour a day....some days I don't make it....but usually I make it out
to the one on the patio or to my room to the peddals on the floor....
I have been losing size not weight...I think...cause fat weighs less
than muscle and I have been so lazy for so long...Im scared to
LOOK...
