      Recently diagnosed with IBS after months of tests. Been off work and anxious. Started reading self-help books, and can't put "Feel the fear and do it anyway" down even though I've finished reading it already.

    • Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

      Recently diagnosed after years of wondering why I got the "flu" all the time. Recovering after 3+ months off work doing medical tests and trying different diets/drugs. Just started taking Dicetel Feb 11, feeling much better already, but not exactly sure how to avoid a recurrance(sp?)

      Treatments

      Acidophilus Considering
      Take this, not sure if it helps but is harmless
      Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Considering
      Trying to figure this out and need help.
      Buscopan Working / Worked
      Still take it when cramps become very uncomfortable.
      Dicetel Too Soon to Tell
      So far feeling much better hoping for the best! 100mg two times a day

      Type: Clinical (Major) Depression

      Diagnosed at 19 years, about to turn 32. Currently under control
