Today - I am feeling pushed Mood
Sunday, October 25, 2009 | An Anxious story

My t is great but she always thinks I should be going out more, doing more things

I am unemployed ,taking legal action so I have those appts , dr'appts

and take walks daily and look for jobs.

i get out with freinds unsually once a week and I am in contact with alot

of freinds and family

I am going to ww to lose weight and I go to gym , read alot . watch news. movies

i have to clean house an take care of ny babies- dog and cat and papy bills

I volunteer once in a while

Go to cemetery regularly -

I feel overwhelmed when pushed to do so much- i don't have much money

and  I feel stressed when T pushes, she thinks it is good for me to make more freinds-

i try but it is difficult - energy and rejection if you try too hard

I think I need to take baby steps

Baby steps are excellent steps, and the only person in the world I can choose to change is...me. Remind T of that, thank her for her input...and go on about doing what's right for you. I'm glad you wrote out the list of things you are doing -- sometimes seeing it, you realize that you really are doing all that you can/should at the moment. Deep breath.
