Update on yesterdasy's eye surgery.  I was awake during the whole surgery.  No forget juice this time, just pain killer.I have a very good doctor that talked to me the whole time about my family and things.  I have to admit I was so scared.  I did not even want to have surgery much less be awake.  The surgery was to correct my right eye being too low.

I had to be awake so they could get it just right.  And from what the doctor and my family tell me it will be just right.  It looked better yesterday then it does today.  Today I am getting a nice black eye and swelling.  Yes, I can see just right.  My eyes are not taking as long to focus when I first open them.  I have been sleeping alot and feel very tired.  I will go back to bed in a minute.  I just wanted all my great friends to know that everything went just fine. Thanks for the prayers and thoughts.

I have not had really any pain.  A little prikking is all.  I only took the heavy pain killer before I left the clinic.  I have only had to take Tylanol for a slight headach.  I am feeling very good and happy with the results.  Marty is taking pictures to add to the DVD.  I do have a few stitches that will be taken out next week.

I have every reason to celebrate the 4th of July this week end....black eye's and all.
