Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
Getting back to 140, where I was pre-college.
Treatments
- 3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
- It's great because it's more about a lifestyle change...not so much about starving. It gets you to think about what you put in your body and you get to eat very often which is great for me!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I do cardio (running/walking) 4 times a week and P90X videos 3 times a week. I burn a lot of cals with both and P90X works on strength training.
Close Healthy Eating
My family never really ate extremely healthy, and those bad habits only intensified in college. Now I'm taking care of myself and setting a habit for the rest of my life.
Treatments
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week and on my "rest" days, I make sure I take a long walk with my dog.
