My cable Tv provider has exercise and yoga workouts for free on demand. Tonight I pushed myself through a 40 minute cardio workout. I did the lower intensity version for most of the thing but I finished it. In February when I first decided I'd had enough, I turned one of those workouts on and couldn't even do a couple of minutes. It was so discouraging but it lit a fire under my ass. I'm really happy right now.

GREAT JOB EMILY! TRYING DIFFERENT EXERCISE ROUTINES WILL HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU REALLY LIKE AND HELP SPEED UP THE WEIGHT LOSS PROCESS. ADDING WEIGHTS IS A GREAT WAY TO HELP BUILD MUSCLE SO YOUR METABOLISM IS WORKING AT THE SPEED YOU WANT. I'VE NOTICED SUCH GREAT CHANGES WITH ADDING WEIGHTS AND HAVE LOST MORE DOING SO. Way to move and light that fire, mamma!! I have considered am excercise DVD, but thought I would register a 10 on the Richter scale maybe caving in the entire upstairs living room. Where do you do yours? You are lighting a fire under my ass too, I want to give it a whirl!!!!! See how motivating you are?? Keep it moving, girl!
