Week 2 of my new diet plan, and we are doing great! We went to the gym, then out shopping for some groceries, then came home and went for a hike on our property, it was great!
breakfast (before the gym) 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch salad, and a chicken salad sandwhich
snack special K protein bar
Dinner turkey, green beans, and cheesy potatoes (my guilty pleasure!)
