Ok, well me and the hubby went to the gym yesterday and did an hour workout, thankfully we were the only ones there. It was awesome!! I can't believe how much energy I had after we got done. The only thing I'm going to have to change is, if we continue to meet and do them in the morning, I'm either going to have to eat something before I go, or take orange juice with me or something... my sugar dropped on me, and I felt terrible and had to quit working out. Other than that, we had a healthy lunch of chicken salad and a salad, and a dinner of taco salad... today was a horrible, rainy lazy day. We didn't go to the gym, neither one of us got any sleep last night, my nephew was born with some lung problems and was flown to another hospital, so needless to say we didn't get much sleep. Oh well, we are getting on a routine of monday, wednesday, friday working out, and then to offset it, we are going walking.. so this is gonna be awesome!






I am so glad the gym is working for you and hubby! You might want a bit of protein before and a banana after. How great was that to have the whole gym to yourselves! My prayers are with your nephew, keep us posted.
